So you've left ministry...

NOW WHAT?

NO MORE DOING THE DAILY COIN TOSS OF SHAME AND GUILT.

NO MORE FEELING EMOTIONALLY TAXED BY OVERWHELMING QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR SIGNIFICANCE IN THIS WORLD.

NO MORE DECISION PARALYSIS THAT LEADS YOU BACK TO SQUARE ONE: A PIT OF MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL CHAOS.

Forge a new path on this side of ministry with fresh mental clarity and confidence.

Hi, I’m Mallory.

I work with Christian leaders who are struggling with confusion and isolation after leaving faith-based ministries and nonprofits.

I help them find a new sense of direction so that they can rebuild beautiful and meaningful lives in whatever context they find themselves in.

LEADERSHIP TRANSITIONS ARE STRESSFUL.

But you knew that, right?

The whirlwind of questions you might be asking:

  • How do I understand myself/God and how do I reintegrate the parts of my life when ministry is not the main thing I’m pushing towards? How do all the pieces fit together after it feels like it shattered?

  • What do I do with my life? How does this fit into a narrative with the rest of my life?

  • What does it look like to move forward with a career and what are my new hopes and ambitions now?

Whether you’ve gone through reverse culture shock upon leaving international work, or you’ve entered the foreign territory of life without an organization, you are in one TOUGH transition. Not only do you find yourself sorting through layers of “doing” questions like the ones above, but underneath lies the main question:

Who am I now?

EVERYONE TOLD YOU THAT THE MINISTRY FIELD WOULD BE HARD, BUT NO ONE TOLD YOU JUST HOW HARD IT WOULD BE TO LEAVE.

AND LET’S FACE IT-

FEW UNDERSTAND.

I have wandered the trail of transition after pursuing a dream of a life overseas, risking hard and coming up short. With over a hundred logged coaching hours and a decade of cross-cultural ministry under my belt, my approach involves the education I’ve gained, and as importantly, it offers the unique emotional experience that comes with making this kind of major transition.

I DO.

The only journey is the one within.
